Cancellation Policy & Exchanges

As the Foodlift is a product specifically manufactured for the customer, the right of withdrawal within the meaning of § 355 BGB is excluded.

An exchange is only possible in the event of demonstrable transport damage or a technical defect. Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt for external damage. Should a defect be present, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send us meaningful photos and a description of the damage to info@foodlift.com.

We examine each case individually and will contact you promptly to find a solution.
