GTC – General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 German Civil Code) via our online shop FOODLIFT®.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by e-mail immediately after the order is submitted.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

The stated prices include statutory value-added tax. Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the ordering process.

4. Delivery

Delivery within Germany will be made by a shipping service provider of our choice. Please refer to the respective product description for delivery times.

5. Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, instant transfer (Sofortüberweisung), or advance payment.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Contract Language

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

8. Place of Jurisdiction

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is Aachen.
